Meet Jen

Jen is a highly experienced, registered counsellor with over 15 years of experience working with youth and adults. Specialising in neurodivergent support, trauma, anxiety, and life transitions, she brings a warm, empathetic approach to her practice.
Her background in education and mental health, combined with her own neurodivergent experience, gives her a unique insight into helping clients feel understood, valued, and supported.
